Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”)
7.1. As a OBL Bakery Ingredients customer, it may be necessary for you to provide us with your Personal Data when you apply to us and / or continue to subscribe with us for a service and / or product ("Services"). If your Personal Data is incomplete or incorrect, we may not be able to provide or continue to provide the Services to you.
7.2. We shall keep your Personal Data confidential at all times. Our policies and practices with respect to the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, security and access of Personal Data will be in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and are as set out in this PICS.
7.3. In this PICS, the following terms shall have the following meaning:
• "Our affiliates" -
means companies within OBL Bakery Ingredients
• "Our subsidiaries" -
means all the retail and manufacturing divisions operating under OBL Bakery Ingredients offering goods or services to consumers, including baking supply, bakeware ingredients, accessories and decoration.
• "Retail Goods or Services" -
means sales of goods or provision of services in relation to any of the following (whether through physical or online channels): food & beverages, restaurants, catering, groceries and household products, general merchandise, health & beauty, pharmaceutical products, fragrance & cosmetics, wine and liquor, cigarette and cigar, stationery, books and paper products, confectionary & toys, clothing, shoes, baby products, pets products, fashion accessories, bags & luggage, jewellery, watches, furniture, plants and accessories, sports & leisure equipment, phones & mobile devices, electronics & electrical appliances, computer software and games, fuel, motor vehicle service.
7.4. You agree that all the Personal Data provided by you to us may be used and retained by us for the following purposes and for other purposes as may be agreed between you and us or required by law from time to time:
• providing the Services;
• analyzing, verifying and / or checking your credit, payment and / or status in relation to the provision of the Services;
• processing any payment instructions, direct debit facilities and / or credit facilities requested by you;
• enabling the daily operation of your account and / or the collection of amounts outstanding in your account in relation to the Services;
• carrying out data sorting and analysis to enable us to better understand your characteristics and buying behavior and to provide other services better tailored to your needs, and to assist us in selecting goods and services that are likely to be of interest to you;
• providing you with regular communications from us with details of the Services and its benefits;
• the normal management, operation and maintenance of the performance of the Services;
• research for service improvement and designing new, or improving existing, Services provided by us, our subsidiaries or our affiliates to you;
• investigation of complaints, and suspected suspicious transactions;
• prevention or detection of crime;
• disclosure as required by law;
• aggregated behavioral analysis.
7.5. We would also like to use your Personal Data (including your name, telephone number, address and email address and other information provided to us when you register) for direct marketing to you (whether by post, email, phone, SMS or the like) in relation to:
a. offers and promotions from us;
b. offers and promotions offered by our subsidiaries and our affiliates;
c. offers and promotions from other companies within OBL Bakery Ingredients Sdn Bhd, in relation to telecommunication goods and/or services, e-commerce services, insurance products and services, hotel and tourism services and real property and related services;
d. other offers and promotions from the third party merchants that we cooperate with to provide benefits to our customers in relation to the following types of products or services:
• Retail Goods or Services (as defined above);
• Financial, insurance, banking and credit cards;
• Transportation, travel and accommodation;
• Sports, leisure, recreation and entertainment;
• Telecommunications products and services;
• E-commerce (including trading and payment platforms and online auctions)
Please note that we cannot so use your Personal Data unless we have received your consent.
7.6. We may disclose and transfer (whether in Malaysia or abroad) to our agents or contractors under a duty of confidentiality to us who provide administrative, data processing, research and marketing, distribution, telecommunications, professional or other similar services to us and to any of our actual or proposed assignees or transferees of our rights with respect to you in connection with a merger, sale or transfer (whether of assets or shares), to use, hold, process or retain such Personal Data for the purposes mentioned in paragraphs 7.4 and 7.5 above on our behalf.
7.7. You have the right to:
a. check whether we hold any of your Personal Data;
b. access your Personal Data held by us;
c. ask us to correct or update any Personal Data which is inaccurate;
d. ascertain our policies and practices (from time to time) in relation to Personal Data;
e. opt out from receiving direct marketing materials from us at any time;
f. subject to paragraph 7.1 above, limit our processing of your Personal Data.

Polisi Polisi privasi ini terpakai kepada Aplikasi OBL Bakery Ingredients ("Aplikasi”) dan kepada data peribadi mengenai anda yang dikumpulkan oleh OBL Bakery Ingredients Sdn Bhd ("kami" atau “kita”). OBL Bakery Ingredients ialah ahli syarikat OBL Bakery Ingredients Sdn Bhd. ("Kumpulan OBLbakerying"). Dengan menggunakan Aplikasi ini, anda bersetuju dengan syarat polisi privasi ini. Jika anda tidak bersetuju dengan sebarang terma polisi ini, sila jangan gunakan Aplikasi ini.
Sila ambil perhatian bahawa Polisi Privasi ini mungkin dipinda dari semasa ke semasa dengan menyiarkan versi terkini di Aplikasi ini. Anda dinasihatkan untuk meneliti Polisi Privasi ini secara berkala.
Pengumpulan Maklumat Pengenalan Peribadi
3. Apabila anda melawat Aplikasi ini, kami akan merekodkan kunjungan anda sahaja dan tidak akan mengumpulkan apa-apa maklumat peribadi yang boleh dikenal pasti (iaitu maklumat yang berkenaan dengan pengenalan anda) daripada anda melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya. Kami menggunakan “cookies” dan teknologi yang seumpama untuk mengumpul data mengenai penggunaan anda terhadap Aplikasi ini. Untuk makluman anda, cookies ialah fail komputer kecil yang boleh disimpan di komputer anda untuk mendapatkan maklumat konfigurasi dan menganalisis tabiat anda melayari laman tersebut. Dengan adanya “cookies” anda tidak perlu mendaftar sekali lagi semasa melawat semula Aplikasi dan biasanya digunakan untuk mengesan pilihan anda berhubung dengan tajuk dalam App. Anda boleh menolak untuk menerima “cookies (dengan mengubah pilihan Internet yang berkaitan atau pilihan melayari laman pada sistem telefon bimbit anda); tetapi jika anda berbuat demikian, anda mungkin tidak dapat menggunakan atau mengaktifkan fungsi yang tersedia di Aplikasi kami.
Jenis Maklumat Pengenalan Peribadi Dikumpul
4. Dari semasa ke semasa, anda mungkin diminta memberikan maklumat peribadi anda ("Data Peribadi") termasuk, tetapi tidak terhad kepada, nama, jantina, umur, nombor telefon, nombor faks, alamat rumah, alamat e-mel, maklumat kad kredit, nombor akaun, tahap pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan isi rumah, minat dan aktiviti kegemaran, dan sebagainya untuk menikmati perkhidmatan yang kami tawarkan. Tujuan khusus data peribadi anda yang mungkin digunakan telah dinyatakan dalam Pernyataan Pengumpulan Maklumat Peribadi kami di bawah fasal 6 di bawah, termasuk penggunaan Data Peribadi untuk pemasaran langsung.
Sekuriti
5. Semua data peribadi yang anda berikan kepada kami adalah terjamin dalam Aplikasi kami dengan akses terhad oleh kakitangan yang diberi kuasa sahaja. Kami mengekalkan perlindungan dari aspek pentadbiran, teknikal dan fizikal yang sesuai terhadap kemusnahan, kehilangan, pindaan, akses, pendedahan atau penggunaan yang tidak disengajakan, menyalahi undang-undang atau tidak sah dan bentuk pemprosesan yang menyalahi undang-undang untuk melindungi data peribadi yang anda berikan kepada kami.
Aplikasi ini mungkin mengandungi pautan ke laman web lain yang disediakan oleh pihak ketiga. Kami tidak mengawal laman web pihak ketiga atau mana-mana kandungan yang terdapat dalam laman web tersebut. Sebaik sahaja anda meninggalkan Aplikasi kami, kami tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap perlindungan dan privasi sebarang maklumat yang anda berikan. Pernyataan Pengumpulan Maklumat Peribadi ("PICS")
7.1. Sebagai pelanggan OBLbakerying, anda mungkin perlu memberikan Data Peribadi anda apabila anda membuat permohonan kepada kami dan/atau terus melanggani perkhidmatan kami dan/atau produk kami ("Perkhidmatan"). Jika Data Peribadi anda tidak lengkap atau salah, kami mungkin tidak dapat menyediakan atau terus menyediakan Perkhidmatan itu kepada anda.
7.2. Kami akan merahsiakan Data Peribadi anda pada setiap masa. Polisi dan amalan kami berkenaan dengan pengumpulan, penggunaan, pengekalan, pendedahan, pemindahan, keselamatan dan akses Data Peribadi akan mengikut undang-undang Malaysia dan seperti yang ditetapkan dalam PICS ini.
7.3. Dalam PICS ini, istilah berikut mempunyai maksud berikut:
• "Ahli Gabungan kami" - bermaksud syarikat dalam OBL Bakery Ingredients Sdn Bhd, yang mengendalikan perniagaan Barangan Runcit atau Perkhidmatan.
• "Anak syarikat kami" - bermaksud semua bahagian runcit dan pembuatan yang beroperasi di bawah OBL Bakery Ingredients yang menawarkan barangan atau perkhidmatan kepada pengguna, termasuk bekalan roti, bahan bakeware, aksesori dan hiasan.
• "Barangan atau Perkhidmatan Runcit" - bermaksud jualan barangan atau perkhidmatan yang berkaitan dengan mana-mana yang berikut (sama ada melalui saluran fizikal atau dalam talian): makanan dan minuman, restoran, katering, barangan runcit dan barangan isi rumah, barangan am, kesihatan dan kecantikan, produk farmaseutikal, barangan wangian dan kosmetik, wain dan minuman keras, rokok dan cerut, alat tulis, buku dan produk kertas, konfeksi dan mainan, pakaian, kasut, produk bayi, produk haiwan peliharaan, aksesori pakaian, beg dan bagasi, barang kemas, jam tangan, perabot, tumbuhan dan aksesori, peralatan sukan dan santai, telefon dan peranti mudah alih, peralatan elektronik dan elektrik, perisian dan permainan komputer, bahan api, perkhidmatan kenderaan bermotor.
7.4. Anda bersetuju bahawa semua Data Peribadi yang anda berikan kepada kami boleh digunakan dan kami kekalkan untuk tujuan berikut dan untuk maksud lain sebagaimana yang dipersetujui bersama atau yang dikehendaki oleh undang-undang dari semasa ke semasa:
• menyediakan Perkhidmatan;
• menganalisis, mengesahkan dan/atau menyemak kredit, pembayaran dan/atau status anda berkaitan dengan penyediaan Perkhidmatan;
• memproses sebarang arahan pembayaran, kemudahan debit langsung dan/atau kemudahan kredit yang anda minta;
• membolehkan operasi harian akaun anda dan/atau pungutan jumlah yang belum dijelaskan dalam akaun anda berhubung dengan Perkhidmatan;
• menjalankan pengasingan dan analisis data untuk membolehkan kami memahami ciri-ciri pembelian anda dengan lebih baik dan menyediakan perkhidmatan lain yang lebih baik yang disesuaikan dengan keperluan anda, dan membantu kami dalam memilih barangan dan perkhidmatan yang mungkin menarik minat anda;
• sentiasa memaklumkan butiran Perkhidmatan dan manfaatnya kepada anda;
• pengurusan, operasi dan penyelenggaraan yang biasa tentang pelaksanaan Perkhidmatan;
• penyelidikan untuk penambahbaikan perkhidmatan dan reka bentuk baharu, atau menambah baik perkhidmatan yang sedia ada, yang kami sediakan untuk anda, atau daripada anak syarikat kami atau ahli gabungan kami;
• penyiasatan aduan, dan transaksi yang disyaki mencurigakan;
• pencegahan atau pengesanan jenayah;
• pendedahan seperti yang dikehendaki oleh undang-undang;
• analisis tingkah laku beragregat .
7.5. Kami juga ingin menggunakan Data Peribadi anda (termasuk nama, nombor telefon, alamat dan alamat e-mel dan maklumat lain yang diberikan kepada kami semasa mendaftar) untuk pemasaran langsung kepada anda (sama ada melalui pos, e-mel, telefon, SMS atau seumpamanya) berhubung dengan:
a . tawaran dan promosi daripada kami;
b . tawaran dan promosi yang ditawarkan oleh anak-anak syarikat dan ahli gabungan kami;
c. tawaran dan promosi daripada syarikat lain dalam OBL Bakery Ingredients, berhubung dengan barangan telekomunikasi dan/atau perkhidmatan, perkhidmatan e-dagang, produk dan perkhidmatan insurans, perkhidmatan hotel, pelancongan dan hartanah serta perkhidmatan yang berkaitan;
d . tawaran dan promosi lain daripada peniaga pihak ketiga yang kami bekerjasama untuk memberikan faedah kepada pelanggan kami berhubung dengan jenis produk atau perkhidmatan berikut:
• Barangan atau Perkhidmatan Runcit (seperti yang ditakrifkan di atas);
• Kewangan, insurans, perbankan dan kad kredit;
• Pengangkutan, perjalanan dan penginapan;
• Sukan, aktiviti senggang, rekreasi dan hiburan;
• Produk dan perkhidmatan telekomunikasi;
• E- dagang (termasuk platform dagangan dan pembayaran serta lelongan atas talian)
Sila ambil perhatian bahawa kami tidak boleh menggunakan Data Peribadi anda melainkan kami telah menerima persetujuan anda.
7.6. Kami boleh mendedahkan dan memindahkan (sama ada di Malaysia atau di luar negara) kepada ejen atau kontraktor kami, yang di bawah tanggungjawab kerahsiaan kepada kami, menyediakan perkhidmatan pentadbiran, pemprosesan data, penyelidikan dan pemasaran, pengedaran, telekomunikasi, profesional atau perkhidmatan lain yang seumpama kepada kami dan kepada mana-mana pemegang serah hak sebenar atau yang kami cadangkan atau penerima pindahan hak kami berhubung dengan anda yang berkaitan dengan penggabungan, penjualan atau pemindahan (sama ada aset atau saham), untuk menggunakan, memegang, memproses atau mengekalkan Data Peribadi tersebut bagi maksud yang disebut dalam perenggan 7.4 dan 7.5 di atas bagi pihak kami.
7.7. Anda mempunyai hak untuk:
a . menyemak sama ada kami memegang mana-mana Data Peribadi anda;
b . mengakses Data Peribadi anda yang kami pegang;
c . meminta kami membetulkan atau mengemaskinikan mana-mana Data Peribadi yang tidak tepat;
d . memastikan polisi dan amalan kami (dari semasa ke semasa) berhubung dengan Data Peribadi;
e . memilih untuk tidak menerima bahan pemasaran terus daripada kami pada bila-bila masa;
f . tertakluk pada fasal 7.1 di atas, mengehadkan pemprosesan Data Peribadi anda.
7.8. Sebarang permintaan berhubung dengan perkara di atas hendaklah dikemukakan secara bertulis (dihantar melalui pos atau e-mel) dan dialamatkan kepada:

7.9. Selaras dengan Akta, kami berhak mengenakan bayaran yang munasabah untuk memproses sebarang permintaan akses kepada Data Peribadi.
7.10. Tiada sebarang perkara dalam PICS ini akan mengehadkan hak anda di bawah Akta ini.
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
The “Our Baking Family” (hereafter called the OBLFam) loyalty membership programme refers to the member-exclusive service provided by OBL Bakery Ingredients Sdn. Bhd. (Company) Where acceptance of any person(s) to the Programme. This AGREEMENT is made and agreed to between YOU and the COMPANY.
A. Declaration
1. YOU confirm that YOU have full knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT upon purchase of the Membership and upon registration. YOUR successful registration for and use of the SERVICE constitutes YOUR consent to be bound by this AGREEMENT.
2. YOU agree that the COMPANY reserves the right to amend this AGREEMENT at any time, in the COMPANY’s sole discretion, by posting any such amendment(s) to the COMPANY's website without prior and separate notice. YOUR continued use of the SERVICE after amendment to the AGREEMENT is posted will be deemed as full knowledge and acceptance of the revised AGREEMENT. If YOU do not agree to any such amendment(s), YOUR sole recourse shall be to cease using the SERVICE.
B. “Our Baking Family” Loyalty Membership
1. “Our Baking Family” Membership: Each user account’s unique number and YOU may set a password for the purpose of enquiry and calculation of points or for redeeming other related benefits.
2. Member service: Our Membership service offered by the COMPANY includes:
a. Point accumulation: For every RM10 worth of purchase, OBLFam Members earn 1 point.
b. Point redemption: Points can be redeemed for use in purchases from our application. The conversion rate is: 1000 points=RM1. Min Redemption is a block of 1000 points.
c. Point validity period: Members will be given a 12 months period in the following year (Y2) to make redemption. All the points accumulated will be zeroised automatically on the 1st day of the subsequent year (Y3). In this case, Points liability is limited to maximum of 2 years.
d. Member events and discount benefits.
3. In the event when goods redeemed with points are returned as deemed defective, valid receipts have to be presented, and it is subject to relevant terms concerning returning goods; points deducted will not be refunded.
4. Enquiry: All YOUR operation on this programme will be recorded by the COMPANY, regardless of the success or failure of the attempts in attaining the desired results. YOU may enquire about the points accumulated in YOUR Loyalty Membership through this programme. If YOU deem the record incorrect, YOU may request a detailed transaction record from the COMPANY.
5. Force Majeure disclaimer: The Programme may be rendered unavailable for causes beyond the COMPANY’s reasonable control. The COMPANY shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of unavailability of the SERVICE.
6. YOU agree that, for business operation and security reasons, the COMPANY reserves the right to suspend or limit certain service function of the Loyalty Programme, or offer new service features to it. Upon these changes, YOUR continued use of the Loyalty Programme will be deemed as acceptance of this AGREEMENT and the revised AGREEMENT.
C. Membership User Account
1. Registration
YOU agree that:
a. YOU shall provide information as required to register for the Loyalty Programme and ensure the information submitted is accurate, current and complete. If, on reasonable grounds, the information is suspected to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the COMPANY reserves the right to suspend or terminate, in part or in full, the SERVICE for YOU. Any direct or indirect expense incurred for reasons aforementioned shall be borne by YOU instead of the COMPANY.
b. In the event of non-performance of the Loyalty Programme or mistakes involved as a result of YOUR failure to update YOUR personal information, YOU shall bear the full consequence and the COMPANY will not be liable for any responsibility.
c. YOU shall be responsible for YOUR membership account, which is designated solely for YOUR own use and cannot be transferred, given as a gift or inherited. Should YOU lose all or part of the capacity for civil rights or civil conduct, the COMPANY reserves the right to take charge of YOUR membership user account pursuant to valid legal documents (including without limitation to effective court verdict, will, etc. )
2. Account Security
Taking full responsibility for YOUR actions concerning the Membership user account and its password, YOU agree that:
a. YOU will not reveal Membership user account ID and password to others, nor will YOU use any other person's Membership user account ID and password.
b. Should YOU find YOUR Membership user account ID and/or password stolen or misappropriated, YOU shall notify the COMPANY immediately and effectively, and request for suspension of the Loyalty Programme. YOU understand that the COMPANY needs reasonable time to process YOUR request. The COMPANY will not be liable for any executed instruction and (or) loss incurred prior to confirmation of YOUR request.
D. Points Redemption
1. For effective protection of YOUR legal interests in using the Loyalty Programme, YOU understand and agree to accept the following provisions:
a. With the use of the Loyalty Programme, points will be granted through various forms. No cash value is endowed upon the points. They cannot be converted into cash or any other forms of money, regardless of the ways through which the points are earned.
b. Points are not deemed as any form of property; hence they are not any property over which YOU may exercise the full right of possession. The COMPANY may, in its sole discretion, adjust the point value or amend relevant provisions relating to points redemption without YOUR prior consent.
c. YOU are entitled only to convert the points granted into designated service or products according to the COMPANY’s relevant provisions.
d. Fraud, misuse, or other misconduct involving the acquisition and (or) use of points may result in the immediate cancellation, restriction or termination of YOUR points or the use of YOUR points.
e. Point validity period: Members will be given a 12 months period in the following year (Y2) to make redemption. All the points accumulated will be zeroised automatically on the 1st day of the subsequent year (Y3). In this case, Points liability is limited to maximum of 2 years. (For example, points earned in March 2017 are valid till 31 st December 2018; points earned in February 2018 are valid till 31 st December 2019).
